www.idahocom.org is a service (hereafter called the “Service”) owned and operated by Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (hereafter referred to as ICOM). As a visitor to this site and user of the Service, you agree to be legally bound by all of the policies and terms set forth in these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be noted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms of Use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such changes. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use you should not use the idahocom.org website.

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Information and content provided by this Service and ICOM are provided “AS IS” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. ICOM disclaims any express or implied warranties including without limitation any warranties as to the availability, accuracy, completeness or content of any and all parts of the Service, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant the Service to be error free, secure or uninterrupted. Under no circumstances shall ICOM be liable for your use of the Service.

For your convenience, the Service may contain links to other sites, including third party sites and ICOM social media pages such as Facebook and Twitter. If you access these links, you do so at your own risk. ICOM makes no endorsement or guarantee regarding the content or reliability of third party sites. ICOM encourages you to be aware when leaving the Service of the privacy statements as well as the terms and conditions of other sites and social media that may collect and use your personal information.

These terms of use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All of the information published, displayed, transmitted or carried on the idahocom.org site, including, but not limited to, articles, photographs, directories, bulletin board postings, audio clips, video clips, illustrations, graphics and such similar information (collectively “Information”) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, both state and federal. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create, make derivative works from, distribute, repost, display, or in any way commercially exploit any of the Information without the prior written permission of ICOM. Any requests to reprint or republish Information should be submitted to info@icom.edu.

Materials may be available via the Service by third parties not within our control. ICOM is under no obligation to determine the interests of others. However, it is not our policy to allow materials to remain on the Service, once known to us, that infringe on another party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights, and which do not constitute a fair use. If you believe any material on the Service infringes upon a copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact info@icom.edu and provide as much identifying information as possible (including a link to the material in question) as well as your contact information. Any information that ICOM determines violates any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property protection is subject to immediate removal without notice in the sole discretion of ICOM.
