Our Unbeatable Outcomes

As an accredited medical school in the United States, ICOM openly publishes data on our class matriculation, COMLEX outcomes, student graduation placement, and faculty demographics.

COMLEX Pass Rates

Prior to graduation from an osteopathic medical school, all students must successfully pass

  • COMLEX-USA Level 1
  • COMLEX-USA Level 2 CE
  • COMLEX-USA Level 2 PE
  • COMLEX-USA Level 3

The COM must publish to the public the COMLEX-USA Level 1, Level 2 CE, Level 2 PE, and Level 3 first time pass rate for all students in each class at the COM.

NRMP Results

Graduates of the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine participate in the National Residency Matching Program’s (NRMP) Main Residency Match. After four years of dedicated study in ICOM’s rigorous osteopathic medicine curriculum, the graduates will now train in their chosen specialty for the next three to seven years.
