Student Ambassador Program
The ICOM Student Ambassador Program is represented by a group of select students who are dedicated to advancing the mission of ICOM. Ambassadors are role models for academic success, diversity and collaboration. As positive, enthusiastic and well informed representatives of the student body, they promote and participate in official functions of ICOM.
Student Ambassadors represent ICOM with professionalism and pride. They assist with campus tours, support admissions events like open houses and interview days, and serve as knowledgeable, welcoming guides for prospective students and the community.

About Me: I love outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and kayaking whenever the weather allows. I also enjoy doing crafts in my downtime, like painting and crocheting. In the future, I hope to practice Family Medicine in a rural area.

Dylan Trama

From: Los Alamitos, California
Undergraduate: CSULB – Molecular Cell Bio and Physiology
About Me: My passion for medicine began after my first year of college while volunteering at a Level II trauma center, where I discovered my drive to mentor and lead within a team. Since then, I have consistently pursued mentorship roles and developed a strong interest in academic medicine, inspired by my love for teaching and supporting others. Outside of medicine, I enjoy playing and coaching volleyball—I coached for two years and competed in an adult city league during medical school, winning first place in one season.

About Me: My favorite thing to do in Meridian is go swing dancing! I also love the outdoors and spend time fishing, hiking, mushroom and berry foraging, hunting, and skiing. Recently, I’ve been hosting a lot of board game nights—favorites include Ticket to Ride, Wyrmspan, and Catan!

I am a self-proclaimed arbrophile (I love being around the trees, there is so much to learn from them!). A couple fun facts about me: I served a church mission to French Polynesia where I learned to speak both French and Tahitian, and I also won the Idaho state title in the 400 m dash in 2016.

About Me: I am an Army veteran who simply loves her cats and plants! You can catch me crocheting during class or out taking pictures of the landscape and wildlife (and my cats who go on adventures with me). About Me: Hi, I am Katie! I used to be an elementary school teacher and then became a nurse. Now I am here at ICOM and I love it! I really enjoy being outside, whether I am walking along the Greenbelt or sitting on a patio, so Boise is perfect for me! I love the outdoors and was even voted “Miss Fish and Wildlife” at summer camp when I was 9 years old. When I am not studying, I enjoy finding new restaurants in the area so let me know if you would like recommendations!
